January 20, 2010
1. ALL refund requests must be made prior to January 13, 2010 before midnight of that day.
2. ALL requests will take up to 10 business days to process.
3. No refunds will be accepted after January 14, 2010.  Requests after this date will be considered a donation.
4. ALL funds will be returned if the event is cancelled.
